What is the Model Number of my thermometer?

    Our model numbers are usually two letters, followed by a hyphen and a series of 1-3 numbers. (For example: XR-50, ET-735, OT-03BBQ) You can usually locate the model number of your thermometer on the back of the unit above or on the outside of the battery cover.

    If you were able to locate what you think is the model number, but it does look like one of these, please see the Miscellaneous Model Numbers table below.

    If you're not able to locate the model number of your thermometer on that area, it is always contained in your thermometer's User Manual that came with your unit.

    If you still have the original packaging for the item, you may be able to locate the model number on the insert/box that it came in. This can usually be found in the upper right hand corner on the front, or the lower right hand corner on the back of the packaging (near the barcode).
